1. Validity and Expiry
Minimum Term: All digital gift vouchers purchased through this website, www.yvonnekingart.com, are valid for a minimum period of five years from the date of purchase.
Record of Expiry: The specific expiry date will be provided to the purchaser in the confirmation email, a period of five years.
2. Usage and Redemption
Partial Redemption: You are not required to spend the full value of the voucher in a single transaction.
Remaining Balances: If a purchase is made for less than the voucher’s value and the remaining balance is €1.00 or more, the balance will be maintained on the original voucher or issued as a new voucher with the same original expiry date.
Named Recipients: If a voucher is issued to a specific name, it may still be redeemed by that person even if there is a minor discrepancy or typo in the name (e.g., maiden name vs. married name).
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cooling-Off Period: Under Irish and EU consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase to cancel an unused digital voucher for a full refund.
Cash Redemption: Vouchers cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, except for remaining balances of less than €1.00 where applicable.
4. Delivery and Security
Electronic Delivery: Vouchers are delivered via email to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure this address is correct; Yvonne King Art is not responsible for vouchers sent to an incorrect email address provided by the customer.
Loss or Theft: Digital vouchers should be treated like cash. The artist is not responsible for lost, stolen, or deleted vouchers once delivered. However, if you lose your voucher code, please contact us with proof of purchase, and we will attempt to verify and reissue it at our discretion.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
