Brandy and Soda Road, Sunset, Moon and Evening Star

Looking back over some sold paintings, this one still brings a smile when I think of the inspiration for it- driving home with a beautiful sunset to my right 😄

This scenic stretch of road between Ballyconneely and Roundstone was described by the father of friends of mine as ‘the brandy and soda road’ which I think beautifully sums up a feeling of contentment after having a really good day!
