Plein Air Painting

This is my favourite way to paint- on the beach. It’s not quite finished yet and at this stage of the painting the sky had completely changed from when I started, the tide had come in and people were coming and going… Another benefit of plein air painting is sand sticking to wet oil paint for added texture!
