The Aran Islands lie off the west coast of Ireland, the largest of the three being Inis Mór. The islands are very rocky with wonderful stone walls bordering and sheltering the fields and vegetable gardens. This is the beautiful white sandy beach at Kilmurvey, some of the sand even got stuck to the paper!
