What goes into a painting?

These are some of my hard working ingredients that can go into a painting. It’s pretty fitting that I noticed the paints lying on the title of the newspaper – “Tá go leor oibre… there is a lot of work”…! I’m working on a commission of Ervallagh at the moment-  the beach, pier and Inishlacken Island in the background – one of my favourite places. So I had better get back to work, tá go leor oibre.. 😁
